Please contact the pharmacy using the phone number on your medication bottle if you have concerns regarding the following: timeliness of delivery (e.g., late prescriptions); integrity of the medication on delivery (e.g., medication is discolored, disintegrated, or stored/received out of normal temperature ranges); and failure to receive the proper prescription/medication order.
